Bunnies and Little Monsters

In the past week, I've had to do two bunnies.

The first order was for a little bunny and some toy for a little boy. We decided on doing a pink bunny for a little girl because I had pink wool on hand and then a little monster for the little boy because it is quite a simple pattern.

I had to do these two pretty fast to post before Wednesday because the client needed them before tomorrow, so it was my first speed post order!

It was also the first time I had the opportunity to do a bunny in another colour other than an earth colour so I was pretty OVER EXCITED!!

Pink Jelly Tot and her brother, Lil Toofy.

My very first other colour bunny is Pink Jelly Tot and she is the cutest bunny ever (just because she's pink and pink IS my favourite colour!!) Her face I did differently and used chocolate brown wool for her eyes, nose and mouth. It compliments her nicely! She just rocks.

The second order I got is for a friend I've known for years and it is more of a gift than an order because she is expecting a little baby boy and the least I can do for her, to "repay" her for the years of knowing me and teaching me various things, is to make her a bunny.

Welcome into the world Ocean.

Another photo of the bunny

This is Ocean. A STUNNING bright blue bunny. I picked the first blue that stood out to me (there were about 5 to choose from and this one spoke to me) and so here he is. Also one of my favourite because I think his colour makes him even more special.

Close up of his face  A close up of Ocean. His eyes are black and then his nose and mouth I used white wool for because I wanted it to stand out a bit. Be different because he's a very unique and special bunny.

Adrienne, I hope your bunny and lil monster are the talk of the party and the best gifts you give to the little two kidlets! Thank you for the continual support!

Chrisme, thank you for all the years and I hope you'll love your bunny as much as I loved making it, even if you never give it to your son. It's our memory!!
